1. What kinds of coffees will I receive with my membership?
We offer only the finest gourmet coffees from specialty producers worldwide. All of our coffees are custom blended from 100% Arabica beans and many have been awarded the highest honors at national taste-testing festivals. You can choose to receive either whole bean or freshly ground coffee.
2. Do you send a wide variety of coffees?
Each month you’ll receive two different varieties of gourmet coffees guaranteed to please even the most serious of coffee connoisseurs.
3. Do you offer flavored or decaffeinated coffee?
All of our coffees are flavored only by the premium blending of 100% Arabica beans. We do not add artificial flavors or sweeteners to disguise the flavor of our coffee. None of our premium coffees are available decaffeinated.
4. How much coffee is in each monthly shipment?
Each month you’ll receive two different 12 ounce selections of gourmet, fresh-roasted coffee. This is an entire monthly supply for the average household.
5. How are your coffees packaged?
All of our coffees are delivered in specially designed, air-tight packages to prevent spoilage and to ensure safe delivery. You'll also receive our Coffee Lovers Newsletter with information regarding our monthly selections and discounted offers should you wish to re-order a specific coffee.
6. Can I choose the coffees that I'll receive?
Part of the fun of each monthly shipment is the excitement of experiencing our latest selection for the first time. So, while you cannot specify in advance what coffees you'll receive, rest assured that each monthly delivery is personally selected by our taste-testing professionals for freshness, unique flavor, and exclusivity.
7. What if I don't like one of the coffees? Do you offer a guarantee?
Your satisfaction is our business. If you're ever unhappy with our service, you can cancel your membership and receive a full refund for any unshipped merchandise. No questions asked and no additional costs!
8. How long are your memberships?
As long as you like! We offer 3, 6, and 12 month memberships and our Coffee of the Season Club with new selections each spring, summer, fall and winter. You can also join with a monthly renewable membership.
9. If I send a gift membership, do you include a message?
Of course. Once you’ve completed your purchase you’ll have the option of sending a gift announcement by U.S. mail or email. You can even print a gift message right from your computer.
10. How do you ship your products?
We ship all monthly gift clubs to arrive the last week of each month. All shipments are sent by common carrier (FedEx, UPS, DHL, or USPS) and are delivered in protective packaging for safe arrival.
11. Can you ship to PO boxes, FPO or APO boxes?
No, we can only ship to residential and business address.
12. Can you ship outside the United States?
We apologize but due to the perishable nature of some of our gourmet items, we can only ship within the continental 48 United States.
13. How can I pay for my order?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
